A partnership, not a transaction
Each commission begins with a conversation. We study your sketches, references and fabric, develop a sample, and refine it with you until every line sits exactly as intended. Only then does the piece move to the embroidery floor, assigned to artisans whose strengths suit its character.
A dedicated coordinator oversees your order throughout production, and every piece passes multiple stages of quality control. At couture standard there is no margin for the almost-right.
Service questions, answered
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Our standard MOQ is {{MOQ}}. We review smaller runs case by case, particularly for couture and bridal commissions.
Do you commit to delivery dates?
Yes. Sampling typically takes {{SAMPLE_LEAD_TIME}} and bulk production about {{PRODUCTION_LEAD_TIME}} after you approve the sample. Agreed dates go into the order confirmation.
Can you embroider fabric we supply?
Yes. Many clients ship their own fabric to the atelier. We can also source silks, organza and specialty textiles for you.
Will our designs stay exclusive to our label?
Yes. We treat client artwork as confidential, sign NDAs on request, and never reuse a commissioned design for another buyer.
Do you handle complete garments or only embroidery?
Both. The house delivers embroidered panels and yardage, and it also manufactures complete finished garments in-house.
